Business Strategy & Planning - Founder's Office

Role Description :

You will work directly with the top management to help them grow & execute their plans. You will be working across teams to help them align to the goals & objectives. Work with the CEO on special projects around people, processes, GTM, etc. The role requires a highly resourceful, self driven individual with impeccable emotional intelligence.

What are the expectations from this role :

- Coordinate & drive execution for specific projects & initiatives

- Scoping out of possible experiments & strategic initiatives

- Help drive data-driven presentations for the Leadership team in both internal and external engagements.

Who you are :

- 1-2 years in assisting executive leadership in fast growing organizations or VC or management consulting

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from unstructured data

- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

- You are tech-savvy & prefer keeping up to date with the industry & its changes

Good to have :

- MBA from a top 10 school

Hiring Process :
