WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- If you like to have fights over chai, neembu paani, samosas and then come up with solutions to solve the organisation problems, then you are one of us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leading the revenue targets for your respective zone.

- Rolling out new sales initiatives, targeted pitches and modified sales approach depending on the nature of business you are approaching.

- Gathering business requirements, managing operational requirements and monitoring of metrics

- Report daily/weekly/monthly metrics to Manager.

- Prepare sales pitches and relevant collateral.

- Strategizing the complete sales process from opportunity creation to closure, and retention of accounts already in the portfolio.

- Lead the creation of new relationships or strengthening of existing ones in key accounts.

KEY SKILLS:

- Should have the attitude to work in a start-up culture and be a doer rather than a suggestion provider.

- Excellent and aggressive work attitude.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to analyze and predict bottlenecks/ issues.

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated.

- Should be able to work under high pressure.

- Comfortable with a start up culture - ambiguous and unpredictable work hours.

Education:

B.Tech and MBA from a reputed B-school.

Work Experience:

- Experience in selling SaaS products to enterprise customers.

- Sound Knowledge about SEO

- Individual with 4-10 years prior sales experience.
