What you'll do
- Our Growth Manager understands the consumer's mindset and keeps a stronghold on the consumer pulse to understand what is the right campaign to push.
- They are the champions of research and data - from what are the correct marketing constructs to owning the best methods of driving traffic, conversion on the platform for the business.
- Acquisition and Retention through focused programs across all digital channels and offline initiatives
- You will have Customer Acquisition targets
- Expertise in decoding user behavior and defining journeys based on that to upscale digital penetration of the business
- Designing Marketing Campaigns and communication for improved vendor onboarding
- Monitoring user funnel and product enhancements and owning competitor assessments
- Work with the operations team to ensure that all premium services are delivered to the desired satisfaction level.
What you bring to the role :
- 4+ years- experience in building and scaling the Self-serve Product to Market.
- Experience in running online referral campaigns, zero-cost marketing campaigns
- Ability to own things end to end
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficient in English and writing marketing content
- Proficient in tools like Appsflyer, Mixpanel, GA, Tableau etc. is desirable
- Learn things quickly & execute them at a rapid pace
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships within organization
