Novus Green - Manager - Material Management (5-8 yrs)
Manager - Material Management
- Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.
- Collaborating with other managers to determine supply needs.
- Coordinating and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures.
- Optimizing inventory Level and analysing the consumption trend.
- Maintain the Minimum Stock level of Critical spares as per feedback of site engineers.
- Managing receipt, MRN Processing & certification & handover of documents to finance for payment processing.
- Inventory control as per Business planning, financial reporting including annual budget and expenditure plans based on consumption and inventory on hand.
- Managing the inventory by controlling receipt & reviewing material not issued more than 3-6 months.
- Experience in shipping and receiving
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems
- Understanding of forecasting and budgeting
- Working knowledge of SAP MM
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
