If so, you could be our new market communications partner for Household Care in India The Regional market communications partner is a vital part of execution customer and market initiatives together with the regional management and teams in the Household Care division. He/She will be responsible to drive the development and execution of market events and customer initiatives from a communication point of view. Creates both ad-hoc and long-term market and concept communication material that help strengthen the sales forces ability to carry through a strong positioning and storyline. The position will support the strategic communications work aimed at securing preferable market positioning. This role will collaborate with teams across Global Communications, Household Care marketing, Sales, and Technical Service. Tasks and responsibilities Responsible for the development of strategic market communications and management of day to day activities including but not limited to strategic planning and creative asset development directly supporting sales activities in the region: - Creative presentation material & activating collateral development directly supporting sales activities & teams in the region. This includes hands-on development and guidance of - how to use with impact- - Event planning and execution across Africa, India & Middle East - Launch package material together with regional marketing & business development teams - Demo & video story aligning with the customer concept and experience center team - Contribute to development of short- and long term commercial positioning strategies and programs - Initiate creative briefs that establish clear deliverables, budgets and schedules - Collaborate with project management and creative teams as needed - i.e. communicate expectations, progress and deliverables with internal teams - Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and global HHC commercial teams, Global communications and Global market communication partners. - Maintain project timelines and budgets In this position you need to have: - Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in marketing, communications or business administration - 5+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing and / or corporate communications in a business to business setting from household care industry. Agency experience preferred - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage large workflow within time constraints. Must have a can-do pragmatic attitude and hands-on approach to communication. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a team player are critical.
