In the management trainee pro-gram, we offer you cross-functional learning and growth. We achieve this by exposing you to different functions and industries within the organization through a 1 year long intensive process. In this 12 months- period, you will gain business function specific knowledge in conjunction with firsthand experience of other departments and scenarios to sharpen your business acumen and leadership instincts. You will get the opportunity to work in the following business functions for 4 months each. Global Market Insight: For the first 4 months, you will be a part of the Global Market Insights team anchored to the Corporate Strategy group of Novozymes. After 2-3 weeks of induction training, you will be working on 2-3 high impact and strategic projects to enable effective business decisions based on customer and market understanding, competitive intelligence etc. Exposure to this business function will provide you with valuable and strategic insights across industries Novozymes operates in. Business Finance: Next 4 months training will be with the Business Finance team to gain perspective on financial planning, goals and strategies, delivering accurate forecasts and powerful business insights. This business partner role will bring you to closer to the business with solid under-standing of activity drivers and provide opportunities to challenge and ensure soundness in plan for designated areas. Sales & Marketing: The last 4 months of the program will be dedicated to on-field training, sales activities as well branding/marketing initiatives within the broad spectrum of commercial roles. You will ideally work with the regional/global marketing team and the sales team to develop product and customer specific knowledge. Following the completion of the program you will begin your rise to key positions and impactful roles as you move up the hierarchy in your chosen field, at a speed that is determined by your performance.
