You would be responsible for: - Complete end to end ownership of Lending Program - Creating roadmap to make sure that the resources are being utilised optimally - Ensuring phenomenal experience for your stakeholders. - Recognize opportunities to strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency. - Ensure project risks are highlighted to internal and external stakeholders - Accountable for meeting deliverables and deadlines Your typical day at work: - Work with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, business team and Clients - Manage schedule, cost, & risks of projects. - Create detailed project & product roadmap - Manage the program releases - Keep a close track of project metrics and come up with actionable insights - Work closely with different stakeholders What we expect from you: - Overall 13-15 years of software industry experience with 5+ years of managing cross functional software projects right from inception to launch seeing the full lifecycle with deep understanding of agile methodology - Provide cross-functional coordination with engineering, product & intra/inter team communication. - Good understanding of technology stacks - Good Analytical skills to understand the business opportunities - Understanding of business and ability to assess short term and long term impact. - Ability to manage multiple projects - Be up to date with the latest advancements in the fintech / start-up space to implement the best possible product features What we would also like: - Excellent interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of JIRA. - Strong zeal to bring change, identify opportunities with perseverance for realization. - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Previous experience working with products - MBA/ B.Tech from a reputed colleges/ university - Worked with Clients in previous projects
