We offer the chance to be part of a truly global work place, where passion and engagement are met with opportunities for professional and personal development. - We are currently looking for a Total Rewards Manager / Associate Manager for our India Operations Head Office Functions with roles and responsibilities as follows: - Develop and conduct analyzes, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation, mobility and performance management programs aligned with the organization's reward strategy. - Administer the company's compensation, mobility and performance management processes in accordance with established policies - Collect and analyse data about company's Compensation and Performance Management policies and assess effectiveness. - Responsible for: salary fitments; performance management; short-term and sales incentive plans; expatriate compensation and mobility; employee communication. - Support HR Business Partners and Recruitment Teams in handling employee queries and assist in negotiations. - Participate in compensation and benefit surveys, analyze and evaluate internal data along with external market data to develop salary budgets and forecasts. - Liaise with the Global process owners and the shared services team to ensure a seamless experience for the employees, Management and HRBP teams - May champion projects outside the domain and coach or instruct lower level colleagues on projects. Qualifications - - MBA from a premier B-School 2009 - 2013 batch - At least 4 years of working experience within Core C&amp;B CoE Role - Problem Solver&nbsp; - Ability to multitask - Successful experience in cross-functional project management - Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management - A collaborator, with a proven ability to partner and influence cross-functionally at all levels and lead through others
