Noventiq - Business Head (15-25 yrs)
Business Head will be responsible to achieve the entire annual quota of Revenue for the Region (India) that they're responsible for along with his/her target. Must have strong knowledge of Cloud Products & Solutions.
This role is highly customer-focused, challenging, and result-oriented, which requires the ability and willingness to travel and to be able to work in a growing organization strategy of Cloud Business.
Key Responsibilities :
- To achieve Regional annual quota of Revenue & GP.
- Define & develop a growth strategy for Cloud Business in India.
- Build the Cloud sales team in Noventiq India.
- Focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Making sure 75% of the team members meet their Quarterly quota.
- To achieve an individual annual quota of Revenue & GP along with the Regional quota.
- Meetings with clients & Support Cloud BDMs to achieve their goals.
- Work with the internal Account Management Team to build the business in their set of Accounts.
- Promote Cloud products & Solutions internally to the sales team to achieve the set revenue & GP targets.
- Work with Cloud Team to do the deal registration and get the Preferential pricing.
- Have monthly Reviews with Cloud AM & PDM team on Business Development & New initiatives.
- Responsible to create RFPs with customers and sell our products, solutions & Services.
- Maintain the Console & Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices & Gross Profits.
- Planning and executing new marketing initiatives to build the Business.
- Create a strategy Upsell & Cross-sell in our existing Accounts.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Trainings & Team enablement.
