Role :

- Account Management

- Product demonstrations

- Develop and prepare all bid & proposal activities.

- Business development in India

- Business Analysis

- Requirement gathering

KRA's :

- Understand customer requirements & Prepare for meetings with potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.

- Effective product demonstrations to the clients.

- Developing business relations with System Integrators and partners.

- Act on the leads that are generated from CXInfinity (NovelVox).

- Developing and showcasing Sales presentations as per the customer requirement.

- Meeting the potential clients to understand user requirements, and tailoring communications to address their business needs and come out with proposals.

- Provide Technical Sales Support to the sales team on proposal and solutions to the customers.

- To communicate with the CXInfinity (NovelVox) business team on issues identified from field observations and customer feedback.

- Increase the market coverage through proactive specifications & innovative solution designs.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product stack and be able to position our solution.

- Develop and prepare all bid & proposal activities.

- Drive and/or Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.

- Should have capability of gathering business requirements and converting them to solution/scope documents.

Desirables :

- Must have prior experience of working either directly or indirectly with contact center Applications.

- Experience with Omnichannel or Chatbot solutions is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field.

- Technical Solutioning skills is a plus.

- 5-8 years' experience of working in Pre-Sales profile for software applications.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Sales Negotiation Skills.

- Strong logical thinking & problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience with Cisco Unified Contact centre technologies will be a huge plus.

- Basic knowledge on Java technologies would be a big plus.
