Job Description :

Today, NHPL has close to 9000 employees consisting of Pharmacists, scientists, doctors, chemists, statisticians, marketers, and top-drawer finance professionals working for in all functions ranging from research and development of drugs in multiple geographies to driving their commercialization all based out of Hyderabad.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- To act as a key contributor in providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.

- Responsible for monthly closing activities with insightful analysis of Key KPIs and variances.

- Provide and gather accurate operational information in order to deliver target and latest forecast processes.

- Continuously support in improving and streamline existing management reporting processes through automated tools and establish organised and structured reporting system.

- Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured

Manager - IMI BPA

Job Description / Responsibilities

- To act as a Business Partner; providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.

- Responsible for monthly closing activities with insightful analysis of Key KPIs and variances.

- Provide and gather accurate operational information in order to deliver target and latest forecast processes.

- Continuously improve and streamline existing management reporting processes through automated tools and establish organised and structured reporting system.

- Provide senior management relevant business analysis to support ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.

- Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drive early warning for any inconsistency/ risk.

- An open minded professional having passion to understand the big picture and have enthusiasm to learn more

Senior Manager - IMI BPA

Job Description / Responsibilities

- Provide senior management relevant business analysis to support ad-hoc requests, and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.

- Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drive early warning for any inconsistency/ risk.

- The associate will be responsible for taking lead in Standardization and Automation projects

- The associate will be able to run on Auto Pilot mode as a Project Lead / BPA Manager

- The associate should have a mind-set / approach to have a team handling exposure in near future.

Position Title :

Group Head - IMI BPA Cost Excellence

Job Description :

The Group Head - Cost Excellence in this position will be part of the IMI BPA Hyderabad team working under the Operations Excellence workstream in delivering automated process solutions for IMI P&L. The Lead will be responsible for process simplification, standardization, and automation across countries / Regions through standardized planning processes and automated management reporting dashboards to leverage the best tools in the Finance Organization. Build a strong international network to deliver key strategic initiatives with key stakeholders. Prior commercial finance experience is needed

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- The Cost Excellence Lead will be part of the IMI BPA team managing all the processes and alignment on Master Data to deliver standardized tools across globe; Some of the key responsibilities include but not limited to IMI Costs & FTEs detailed analytics capabilities with a view on full IMI P&L

- M&S curve excellence (leveraging AI/ predictive insights) and marketing mix excellence. Commercial and Medical External Costs support. Worldwide FTEs & Personnel costs (driving/leveraging AI for internal cost) reporting and planning capabilities

- Other Income Expense (OIE) & Others. Able to identify the non-value-added processes / activities and propose elimination of those processes. Collaborate with Process & Master Data Management team / BPA Country support team in delivering the P&L reports / tools across the globe. Integrated involvement in designing and validating the P&L / Cost Analytical Dashboards and visualization tools

- Organization / Team development: Identify skill sets both for the running operations and leads the staffing plan according to required skill sets. Displays Curiosity for (1) continues improvement and simplification, (2) Automation and tools development, (3) Core BPA operations tasks

- Shows proactiveness and capabilities to challenge status quo and proposing efficient solutions with consistent master data management. Hands on leader with clear accountabilities for operational task along with people management. Collaborative mindset with capability to understand countries needs

- Ability to manage turnover, ensure diversity, transparency, keep the team motivated, define career development plans. Ability to implement new projects, deal with ambiguity and change management

- Accuracy in reports & timely submission, being detail oriented, able to explain key drivers and to handle Adhoc requests. To interact with multiple stakeholders who work with the team and gather feedback on members

- Ability to identify abnormalities and proactively set in motion corrective action. Expert knowledge of internal financial reporting systems. Communication skills - ability to deliver the message in a concise manner, and provide suggestions to support decision-making

Minimum requirements :

What you'll bring to the role:

- Strong Initiative skills to effectively work remotely and autonomously. 8-15 years of experience in a business/financial capacity and experienced in people management

- Prior experience in FP&A / BPA teams of MNCs or in the frontline Indian organizations working on business performance measurement, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Financial analysis etc. Exposure in a remote office set up (CoEs) preferred.

- Hands-on SAP FI experience, expertise, and exposure to BI systems is must. Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills, knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx and robotics (UiPath) would be a plus.

- Awareness & understanding of Finance IT systems - architecture & data flows - would be desirable.

- A BPA mindset in terms of business collaborating, planning, challenging and reporting. Project strong business acumen and ability to support ad-hoc requests (e.g., data research and analysis, business case development etc.)
