Senior Financial Analyst/Manager

The Candidate in this position will be part of the Commercial Operations Team supporting Planning & Analysis (BPA) teams in Region/country; helping the business fulfil its objective of being an effective business partner to enhance the revenue & profitability.

Your Responsibilities include but not limited to :

- Business Planning - Support the plan cycles and identify appropriate risks and opportunities in achieving the financial performance targets. Continuously review and update key underlying assumptions. Drive and support the preparation of annual budgets and thereby support appropriate resource allocation. Work with the business to analyze the forecasted numbers being derived from AI

- Business Analysis - Analyze the results and provide meaningful insights into the numbers and suggest relevant business actions. Analyze spend and investment decisions to assess the risks involved, the return possible and any other underlying analysis.

- Management Reporting - Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly business review decks. Support monthly P&L reviews and help monitor financial targets. Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners.

- Cost Center Reporting - To keep a track of the expenditures of all line items by various cost centers & analyze the spends to assist in forecasting for various cost centers & prepare cost center reports to be shared with various cost center owners.

- Global Processes - Lead the various processes from Hyderabad for multiple countries, be able to provide insights, detailed working knowledge and liaise with the various stakeholders in the process. Input all the relevant information & data into Local & Global BPC & ensure that accuracy of numbers in both the systems.

- Productivity initiatives - Drive continuous process improvements to drive efficiencies in the existing setup and share and implement best practices from other engagements. Support performance measurement and productivity enhancement initiatives at the site and in the business. Support local leadership in driving automation of regular processes to drive productivity

- Other - Liaison with business and upstream data providers to ensure robust reporting information in the systems.

Minimum Requirements :

Operations Management and Execution Financial Management Functional Breadth English Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling Financial Business Partnering Aligning people and resources.

CA/MBA (Full time), exp: 2-15 years
