Novartis - Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (3-7 yrs)

This role will help support the FPA team operations at the center of NTO finance - it is a high impact role that will contribute to the lower COGS and higher efficiencies of NTO.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

- The BPA acts as a finance business partner for the Site's or GOC / QSC support function by analyzing, planning, reporting and monitoring the function's financial performance (PCE, FTEs, Personnel Costs, SLAs, invoicing, etc.), driving & reviewing productivity and supporting in other adhoc activities.

- Financial Reporting & Planning-Prepares data for monthly actuals reporting into IFP; feeds data and provides comments on performance for global and local decks, prepares HC plans in alignment with the Unit Head and P&O Business Partner.

- Plans Personnel Costs and other PCEs for TGT / LFs, loads data and prepares business decks for reviews with Unit Head / Global.

- Prepares proposals for and books accruals for costs in alignment with the BU, controls the costs posted on Support Function cost centers, triggers reposting's in case of errors, prepare presentation for business review and provide commentaries based on analysis

- Financial Analysis & other support- Support reviewing and approving SLAs and invoicing / charge-out to customers on the SLAs for GOCs, act as a business partner and coordinate with stakeholders and FRA for query resolution and troubleshooting the issues, ensure a proper reconciliation after every invoice run and report to all the stakeholders

- Quality of requested analyses, quality of comments on the drivers of actual performance and deviations vs plans, timeliness and completeness of any data submissions to Site and Global

- Business partnering with the Support Function Unit Head, P&O Business Partner and other stakeholders of the Support Function, success of talent management in the Finance function within the NTO Operations Center Hyderabad

Minimum requirements :

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE

- Education- University degree in Finance / Economics

- Chartered Accountant, equivalent degree or MBA in Finance from renowned business school

- Experience-At least 4+ years' experience in controlling, at least 1 year experience in managing / working with global stakeholders

- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and ability to deep dive in processes and systems

- Good organizational & communication skills, ability to work with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment

- Fluent in English
