Novartis- Senior Consultant TT-PMO

- The role will help in supporting ECN on the Novartis portfolio analysis & supporting key stakeholders of business and helping them to take key decisions with data.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

- Primary responsibility is to support strategic business projects for Novartis Group, with the aim of improving economic value and securing future competitive advantage, coordinate the team throughout all project management phases, Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively, manage large and diverse teams and projects (sometimes simultaneously),Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and meetings, meet with individual team members to find and fix any issues, train employees during workshops, foster a culture based on accountability

- Customer-oriented responsibilities; Manage communication with external and internal stakeholders (clients, sponsors, executives, etc.), organize and participate in client meetings, collaborate with the sponsor, ensure compliance with client requirements and business needs, ensure customer satisfaction, bring together all company units to meet client demands

- General business responsibilities; Maintain business relationships, Good negotiation and vendor management skills, contribute to the development of the company, its processes, and its projects, recommend further improvements, align the company's general business targets with the project's objectives and outcomes.

- Project-related responsibilities; Ownership of complete Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) IT Projects in the capacity of a PM/PMO, experience and exposure in leading technology transformation programs in areas such as ERP implementation, data & digital, infrastructure and application management.

- Create a detailed project management plan and other project documents, guide incoming and outgoing project files and provide solutions to project-related issues, set the strategic direction of all projects, define the project's scope, Set milestones and deadlines

- Create budget and revenue estimates and manage project resources and their costs, assign, prioritize, and supervise project tasks (task management), Implement and manage changes, Identify, prevent, and manage risks, track project performance using appropriate KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques. Submit deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards, perform any other relevant, project-related duties when needed

- Behavioral Competencies ; Capable of working on individual assignments as per the allocation, hands on experience in areas of project management tools & methodologies, ability to lead medium scale projects independently, partners with stakeholders to co-create value, constantly in search of ways to develop, learn and apply knowledge and expertise to meet current and anticipate future challenges.

Minimum requirements :

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE :

- Masters in either a Science, Engineering, or IT with and MBA (or equivalent), 8 to 12 years' experience in Project Management, and Financial Management Collaborating across boundaries Geographic Scope

- Experience in handling projects in the capacity of PM/PMO in the areas of ERP implementation, data & digital, infrastructure and application management

- Experience in working in Agile environments, Hands on experience in Integrated Planning in large projects/programs, experience in handling full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) IT projects, Certified in PMP or Agile/Scrum or PRINCE2 is preferred.

- Pharma industry experience is a plus but not required

- Major Change Industry/ Business Exposure English Developing and Delivering Story Flows and Presentations for Management Critical thinking and planning Knowledge of current and future global business trends leading resources ,Operations Management and Execution, Project Management, Major Change, Collaborating across boundaries, Geographic Scope
