Job Purpose:
- To support the overall compensation and benefit effort to provide competitive and cost effective compensation and benefits practices for the Country, including responsibility for personnel cost budgeting and control, yearly salary survey and market adjustment proposal, daily compensation and benefit administration, policy review and proposal and HR Analytics.
Major Accountabilities:
- To support and implement competitive and cost effective compensation and benefit strategies which are in line with corporate compensation and benefits guidelines to attract and retain talent.
- Supporting personnel cost budgeting process and control.
- To benchmark labor market trends and propose salary structure and adjustments to the business based on survey data.
- To maintain accurate, efficient daily C&B processes to support all populations of employees including payroll, benefit administration, and benefit communication.
- To provide consultation to HR colleagues in making hiring decision and handling employee relations cases.
- To support HR Analytics initiatives and be responsible for HR dashboards that are used by Senior Management.
Ideal Background:
Education: - MBA
Languages:
Experience: - Knowledge and experience in Compensation and Benefit; 2 years’ experience in compensation and benefit area with a multinational company.
- Be familiar with job evaluation methodologies.
- Good analytical skills, effective oral and written communication skills.
