Responsibilities:

- Lead the transformation journey of Collection Management and process change by leveraging the emerging technologies

- Identify automation opportunities, conduct feasibility assessment for portfolio management through AI/ML triggers

- Lead and deliver individual projects or components of large, complex transformation of processes and enabling technologies.

- Develop and document as-is process description and future automated process description and roadmap

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver a robust, scalable and secured solution architecture for contact centre

- Identify long-term opportunities, as well as, opportunities for immediate quick impacts

- Work closely with a Senior Leadership team across businesses and Technology to drive solutions from a business capability, process standpoint and improve the efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)

- Overall experience of 8 plus years. 4 years of relevant experience in contact center transformation projects

- Technically sound in terms of Technologies used in Collections and collections change management

- Ability to evaluate partners & understand business requirement & technology adoption process

- Sound business acumen, able to make commercial judgment balancing the costs and benefits

- Ability to excel in an extremely fast paced and start-up like environment

- Detail-oriented and extremely organized and comfortable working with local and international teams and management
