Northwest Executive Education - Program Advisor - Sales - Education

Responsibilities :

- Advise potential participants (working professionals and executives) on our long term Executive and short-term Certificate Programs

- Assist program participants with required documentation for process completion

- Maintain participant database and use CRM tools

- Other responsibilities as given from time to time by the reporting manager

- 6 days working week, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Profile Requirements :

- Fluency in Spoken English; Excellent communication and convincing skills

- Strong and confident personality

- Should love interacting with people

- Patience, persistence and a high level of customer orientation

- Pleasing personality, positive outlook, approachable and presentable

- Minimum 2-8 years of relevant experience would be preferred - includes people in sales positions such as field sales, tele-sales and BPO's

Salary Offered : 7 Lakhs + plus Variable Pay
