Manager Operations - We are looking for an experienced executive to join our team, based in Delhi. - This person would be responsible for running all aspects of Operations including delivery of our various programs, both blended and online. Job Description : - Responsible for all operations as well as program delivery aspects, for all of Northwest Programs - Deliver process optimization and a problem solving mindset to make continuous improvements to the delivery process - Ensure support to programs team as well as participants with regards to any queries - Collaborate across the spectrum with all parts of the organization to ensure smooth operations - Adopt the use of technology across all aspects of the organization including automation at scale Desired Skills &amp; Experience : - More than 10 years of experience as a senior executive in people management and operations - Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English is required - Excellent written and presentation skills are required - Should have natural inclination and ability to work with people and enjoy people interactions at all times - Should be a team player and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with others - Entrepreneurial, Driven, Ambitious, Persistent, Comfortable in a small team setting - Strong academic record with an MBA from a top tier institute preferred
