Director Operations : We are looking for an experienced senior executive to join our team, based in Delhi. This person would be responsible for running all aspects of Operations including delivery of our various programs, both blended and online. The person should have a strong track record of building and managing teams. Job Description : - Responsible for the day to day functioning for assigned program portfolio including all operations as well as program delivery aspects - Growing the Northwest team for operations and program delivery requirements - Building the use of technology across all aspects of the organization including automation at scale Desired Skills & Experience : - More than 15 years of hands on experience in people management and operations - Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English is required - Excellent written and presentation skills are required - Should have natural inclination and ability to work with people and enjoy people interactions at all times - Should be a team player and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with others - Entrepreneurial, Driven, Ambitious, Persistent, Comfortable in a small team setting - Open to travel
