This person would be responsible for running all aspects of the online program vertical including marketing, sales and operations Job Description: - Responsible for driving marketing, sales and operations for Online Programs - Develop the strategy and lead execution to deliver on quarterly targets - Work with our University partners to successfully deliver the programs - Adopt a process oriented mindset to make continuous improvements and drive scale - Adopt the use of technology across all aspects of the organization including automation at scale Desired Skills & Experience: - More than 10 years of experience as a leader and problem solver with demonstrated success - Experience in marketing and sales of B2C online programs (B2B experience additionally is a plus) - Excellent communication skills, written and presentation skills are required - Result oriented, motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial traits - Should be a team player and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with others
