JOB SUMMARY:
Leading the process safety team and execute the process safety consulting & training jobs, presenting technical articles to journals & websites including marketing safety consulting services.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Job Deliverables/ Duties and Responsibilities)
- To handle HAZOP and other process safety studies
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Quantitative risk analysis, process risk assessment techniques
- Preparation of detailed report submission to the clients
- Discussion with clients on technical points
- Providing technical and commercial inputs to Business Development team.
- Conducting training programs on specialized safety topics
- Supporting the Business Development team in marketing the consulting services like safety audits, HAZOP, QRA, SIL, LOPA, Project QRA etc.
- Making Presentation to insurance companies and their clients
- Preparing technical articles & presentations to upload in our website
- Presenting papers in national & International seminars
3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge and hands on experience in Quantititative risk analysis, process risk assessment techniques
- Working knowledge of HAZOP, QRA, and PHSER.
- Good technical communication & Written skills
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives
- Ability to execute consulting jobs as per the contract
- Exposure in use of software's like SAFETI, WHAZAN, EFFECTS
- Should be able to carry out jobs at international standards
- Willing to travel extensively
- Updating knowledge in the key domain area
- Take initiatives in expanding the area of services
4. CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE
5.1 Education:
- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering is Mandatory
5.2 Experience:
- Experience of 15 years and above in safety consulting or Senior position in Corporate safety set up of MNC and large industries.
