Northern Arc Capital - Senior Associate - Treasury (3-7 yrs)
- Balance Sheet Risk Management : Responsible for ALM, interest rate risk management and contingent liquidity planning. Also responsible for preparation of loan pools and structures used towards exposure management.
- Treasury Analytics : Responsible for calculation of floating benchmark lending rates in addition to calculation and monitoring of key organizational financial metrics for dissemination to management and investors
- Business Planning : Responsible for tracking achievement vs plan, variance analysis and roll over of business plan as and when required by the management. Maintain all data points to track business and estimates.
- Investor Relation : Responsible for preparation of treasury and financial data for the board. Be a point of contact for shareholders for resolving queries on MIS.
- Fund Raise : Secondary responsibility for fund raise from banks/FIs/MFs. Play the role of business analyst to external stakeholders.
