Northern Arc Capital - Senior Associate - Origination (2-4 yrs)
1. Manage existing client relationships on an on-going basis - which entails managing the debt funding requirements of clients through the bouquet of products that the Company offers; thereby generating business volumes for the company
2 . Identifying potential new clients and conducting due diligence to underwrite credit risk
3. Tracking Financial and Operational Performance of clients on an on-going basis so as to be able to represent the client to internal and external parties
4. Aiding in the structuring and placement of structured finance products
5. Negotiating and executing structured finance transactions
