Northern Arc Capital - Associate - Structured Finance Products

Job Objective:

To be primarily responsible for modelling structured finance products and front-ending deal execution

Key Accountabilities:

- Financial modelling for structured debt products

- Executing plain vanilla and structured finance transactions;

- Preparing legal documentation and offer documents for capital market issuances

- Preparing investment proposals

- Assisting in new product development

- Extensively using MS Excel and other financial modelling tools to support the Structuring team in analysis.

- Handling post transaction requirements product compliance and to maintain the comprehensive compliance database

Minimum Qualifications:

- MBA or Post Graduate in Management from a premier institute/Chartered Accountant/CFA/Masters in econometrics

Minimum Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis, financial modelling & analytics or corporate finance (in investment banks, banks, NBFCs, investment funds or rating agencies)

Skills Required:
