North Head - Activation Sales - News Channel/Media (6-14 yrs)
Responsible for cultivating and managing deep relationships with clients and advertising agencies and working closely with the programming and marketing departments of the channel
- Drive advertising sales, develop revenue opportunities, penetrating new verticals and markets (from new clients and for new platforms and activation), and shaping future monetization opportunities towards achieving assigned targets
- Build, manage, and develop relationships with clients, agencies, advertisers and partners through day-to-day interactions; actively grow industry relationships to gain marketplace intelligence
- Maintain team resources - coaching, training and development and monitoring of sales teams and create an efficient sales organization to make them capable and confident enough to be present in the market to present a recently launched channel and able to close high value deal
- Understand client deliverable and look for opportunities to develop monetizable solutions, including customization cross-platform opportunities that meet client needs.
- Keep abreast of the continually evolving media and entertainment marketplace, customers and competition in order to conceive and effectively execute a sales strategy that generates and informs product offerings and drives improved operations and financial results
- Responsible for generating revenues from Advertising Sales for Channels Digital as well as Electronic platform, setting up, maintaining & continuing robust sales process and also executing new opportunities for overall sales revenues thru Business Development.
