Role Description :

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead our Finance and Accounts Operations and work closely with Founders . It's a opportunity to work with one of the fasted B2B SaaS company and create a impact and grow with company and unlock potential with company growth .

Responsibilities :

The role including heading complete finance and accounts operations - business planning, financials management, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, development of internal control policies and procedures, manage auditors / investor relationship

- Lead and manage taxation, Statutory compliance and Financial Audit

- Regular presentation of financial results/ reports (MIS, consolidation) & projections to leadership teams and investors

- Coordinate with the external auditors for statutory audit and due diligence

- Manage investor relationship and compliances

- To head the entire finance and accounting operations

- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results

- Ensuring the implementation and maintenance of control systems in Finance team

- Build and scale teams as per organization functions and needs

Requirements and Qualifications :

- CA + MBA with at least 8 Years of experience in corporate sector

- Should have some exposure of investor management and working knowledge of fund raise

- Solid understanding of financial management and accounting

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models

- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
