Noora Health is Y-Combinator funded, not-for-profit, social enterprise whose mission is to empower family caregivers with the skills and knowledge they need to take control of their loved ones health. Under the care companion program (CCP) they train the family members on basic medical skills that have the highest yield for improving a patient's recovery and which are risk-free perform. Using interactive video-based teaching, family members are taught how to coach basic physical therapy, encourage proper dietary/lifestyle changes, improve health conditions for their family, and how to detect early warning signs of medical emergencies - leveraging medically informed, round the clock support to assure safe recovery.

About role :

- Your role will be a crossover between technology and product.

- You will manage, coordinate, and enable a high-performing and motivated team of visual designers, illustrators, film-editors, translators, and doctors, to build products, deliver results, and plan proactively for long term impact and sustainability.

Job responsibilities :

- Manage external and internal product creation projects (end to end) in collaboration with the Creative Director.

- Work with executive leadership to scope out and plan projects.

- Develop and maintain up-to-date product plans that cover all phases of product execution including analysis/design, implementation, testing and rollout.

- Plan and manage various work streams and resources within agreed parameters of requirements, cost, duration

- Act as the key point of contact with hospital partners during project implementation and provide regular updates to ensure responsibilities and dependencies are managed effectively

- Create product/project documentation including project definition, roles and responsibilities specifications, risks and dependencies, project plans and project reports

- Remove any blockages to project execution and escalate these as appropriate to the project sponsor and/or leadership

- Help in the testing of products, and in the development of any documentation (like user manuals, policy documentation and collateral materials)

- Coordinating and communicating constantly with a far-flung team across multiple geographies.

- Leading team meetings to review project progress, ensure quality implementation, coordinate tasks, and mitigate risks. Liaising with medical, training and impact teams to gather feedback, test assumptions, and ensure accuracy of content (10-30% of your time)

- Providing strategic direction, to maximize expected impact

- Collaborating with a network of partners and vendors for the ultimate success of the project. This includes expectation management, scope management, explaining product/design concepts, and building strong rapport

- Supporting and mentoring a dynamic team to enable their effectiveness and ensure their continued motivation and growth

- Driving continuous improvement for efficiently delivering better, higher impact programs at greater scale, year over year

Must haves :

- You have 8+ years of work experience creating both tech products or physical products and managing pipeline of such deliverables.

- You have created B2C tech products

- You have managed and motivated multiple internal and external stakeholders, across a range of seniorities and geographies (within India)

- You have strong communication skills, in both written and verbal English, including influencing and negotiating skills

- You have an ability to juggle many responsibilities with a high degree of efficiency

- You have excellent attention to detail

- You have an ability to excel in a cross cultural team environment

Nice to haves :

- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technology, public health, or other relevant fields.

- You have either worked, studied, or have a strong personal interest in the healthcare sector.

- You have conceptualized products like videos, flip-charts, brochures, healthcare products ranging from packaging to technical products.
