Noon - Team Lead/Assistant Manager - Finance (2-8 yrs)
Main responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Supplier Reconciliation, Control account reconciliations, open balances, and Supplier advance analysis on monthly basis.
2. Ensure correct liability booking and reversal every month/quarter end/year end.
3. Resolve, in collaboration with Business operations, supplier billing discrepancies and related inquiries. Making the SOP and Accounting guidelines for account payable.
4. Ensuring Purchase/Inventory data is upload in Finance module
5. Create and produce accounts payable/Receivable related reports for managements
6. Review advance and close loop with coordination of internal and external stakeholder.
7. Ensuring accuracy and quality, application of appropriate taxes / VAT on invoices for Tax Return. Ensuring accuracy and quality, application of appropriate taxes / VAT on invoices
8. Review of Trade Supplier payable and Inventory accrual in Finance module and ensure adjustments for errors or omissions is being corrected on monthly basis. Responsible for Suppliers invoices with 100% accuracy as per accounting standard.
9. AP Month End Activities as per month end guidelines. Manage SOP compliance and internal audit/External audit requirement
10. Manage trainings to internal team member
Preferred qualifications and experiences:
- Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience or CMA/MBA/Inter CA with 7 to 8 year experience
- Sound experience in People Management
- Candidates with working experience of ERP IFS is added advantage
- Preference will be given to one with experience in ecommerce or Retail industry
