Noon.com is seeking an experienced leader to own the Seller Performance & Marketplace Operations metrics for UAE & China marketplace. You will be responsible to build and manage a best-in-class processes and manage & build a team to deliver the best customer experience. The team would be responsible for the following - Own key marketplace metrics for forward & reverse operations & drive efficiency, innovation & prioritization to improve customer & seller experience - Build robust processes to drive operational efficiency - Create benchmarks of key metrics and track them on a regular basis - Create seller performance program to achieve a carrot & stick model to improve performance - Understand data to continuously extract insights to drive business priorities and decision making - Coordinate, communicate with technology team, finance team, commercial teams, etc on a regular basis to drive key projects - Role involves occasional travel to China Qualifications: - Must possess excellent problem-solving skills - Must be heavily process oriented - Must be comfortable with reading and understanding data - Basic knowledge of SQL would be added advantage - Experience in cross-functional work - Min. B. Tech from Tier 1 College - Experience in ecommerce industry - Experience in managing an operations team - 6-8 years of experience - Hard working and self-motivated individual - Extremely good communication skills
