Job Description -

- Development of the overall program, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver seamless Seller Experience

- Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics.

- Leading cross-functional projects for process and policy building to achieve scale

- Driving constant improvement in KPIs using automation, better processes etc

- Engaging with tech to initiate, ideate and implement projects to improve seller experience

- Provide data-informed feedback to various teams so that these team members can improve SLAs, quality, conversions and overall NPS

- Maintain high quality standards with an attention to continuous process improvement and higher efficiency

- Owning the design, implementation, and optimization of initiatives

Pre-requisites:

- Strong problem-solving skills, Strong logical reasoning and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical and data-processing skills (SQL/BigQuery)

- Experience working in a high intensity work environment

- Experience with Ecommerce solutions/platforms and other related tech stack BI tools (Google Data studio/Tableau/Good data), Zendesk

- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders and team members with variety of personal styles to focus on right priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to deep dive
