Responsibilities - Bring together business strategy, customer research and behavioral data to merchandise grocery category and maximize business value - Drive innovation and provide inspiration for customers through continually thinking through new ways to shop that drive conversion and sales - Monitor traffic and leverage data and insights from BI team to optimize the conversion rate - Cover end to end onsite and campaign strategy, including coordinating with all teams - Plan campaigns based on monthly targets, and develop day-on-day targets based on campaigns - Negotiate with suppliers to monetize the site Profile : - Bachelor or master's degree, ideally in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication or similar - +5 years of experience in grocery, or F&amp;B retail/ e-commerce - Understanding of the GCC grocery, consumer goods, or F&amp;B market dynamics and business drivers preferred - Ability to create focus by developing clear goals, priorities, and plans - Analytical skills, creativity, and cross-linked thinking - Knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly experience in developing and Excel models
