Noon - Manager - Business Intelligence - Seller Operations

About the role

Will work with large unstructured data sets, build metrics/trends and identify opportunity areas for noon. The successful candidate will be an analytically driven team player, with an excellent attention to detail and a keen business sense. We are looking for talented people with a passion for change in this exciting time for our business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Will co-own business critical metrics and lead multi-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities

- Work with teams across noon to procure relevant data sets and create buy-in for use of newly created metrics for Seller Operations

- Lead all aspects of the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key Seller Ops and performance metrics

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies in a structured way, suggesting areas of improvement and seeing opportunities / threats based on internal and external data sources, market trends and user behavior in an effort to strengthen efficiency and provide strategic direction

- Continuous innovation and process improvement efforts to drive efficiencies & improve Seller Operations

- In addition, you will innovate on behalf of our customers and build new methodologies and products to continuously improve our service

What are we looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related area

- Expertise in SQL and one or more data analysis languages (Python/R)

- Degree in STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics from top educational institutes

- Strong understanding of statistical data analysis principles

- Understanding of database design and ETL processes.

- Good to have - experience with an e-commerce company
