Description :

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement sourcing and employer branding techniques that will help us recruit talented employees. Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include forecasting hiring needs, sourcing potential hires on various online channels, building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers and evaluating candidates- performance in interviews and assignments. If you have proven you can creatively attract talent and improve candidate experience, we- d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract, hire and retain high-performing employees.

Responsibilities :

- The right candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to hit all stakeholder SLAs.

- The ideal candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.

- Articulate in creating a hiring plan with deliverable, timelines and a formal tracking process.

- Be able to recruit passive tech candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for culture fitment and understand their motivation" rather than only selling the role.

- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.

- Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.

- Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.

- Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicants and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards.

- Design and drive employee referral programs.

- Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position. Conduct pre-screening interviews.

- Maintain pertinent applicant and interview data and generate reports. Conduct analysis and report on key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.

- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders.

- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Noon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

Requirements :

- 5-8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition in the tech industry.

- Exceptional at market research, candidate generation, client/account management, prioritization, and understand the value of providing amazing candidate experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organisation and with external candidates.

- Should thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

- A solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment - ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.

- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods and use of social media and job boards with experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools preferably with an experience working on any ATS
