- The job of Marketing Head is a pivotal piece in propagating Noon Academy's brand to the relevant audience - Teachers, Students & Parents. This role requires planning, strategizing & executing winning strategies to build a strong brand persona amongst schools and related institutes. - The job demands innovations around outreach experiments for scaling the user base and enabling revenue in a cost-effective way. OKRs for the job: Gaining market leadership in Indian edtech space through user acquisition and related metrics. - Intrinsically, the job also requires tight control of the marketing messaging amplified to our TG for user acquisition and revenue generation. This will require cross-functional working across product, sales, operations, and customer success functions to execute and achieve growth goals. Job Responsibilities : - The head of Marketing will be responsible to synergise with the top-line business metrics. He/she will be responsible for strategic tie-ups, enable pull-marketing for driving school acquisitions, revenue targets, and strategic tie-ups with academic institutions. - An ideal candidate will be responsible for the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns and align marketing results with larger objectives of the company for driving conversions. Help the company build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. - This position will report into Country Head and will own both organic & in-organic user growth numbers. The role requires a capable and driven individual to learn industry best practices, deploy an analytical and data-driven approach to brand establishment, and be an original thinker. - We are seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious individuals, structured thinkers, and quick problem solvers who gravitate toward innovation as a core to establish Noon Academy's brand and create recall. - Analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information from a marketing & brand building standpoint - Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials - Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, print agencies, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition - Initiate partnerships and strategic tie-ups for the company - Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely - Drive overall execution of marketing and branding initiatives through functional managers owning performance, content, SEO sub-teams - Ensure consistency of brand messaging across channels - Well versed with marketing, automation & CRM tools Minimum qualifications: - MBA from Tier I institution - Strong at data analytics and aptitude - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment - 10+ years of experience in the marketing & brand building domain - A high degree of focus along with time management and planning Preferred qualifications - International experience (work/education) - Work experience as Head of Marketing within similar startups - In addition to the above, successful candidates will demonstrate strong people and leadership skills.
