Job Role : Executive/Sr.Executive - Marketplace / Seller Care Operations Roles and responsibilities : 1. Establish and maintain productive working relationships with current and potential sellers in UAE, KSA, and Egypt. 2. Achieve successful first-time resolutions on all seller and customer interactions. 3. Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting sellers/ partners. 4. Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Logistics, or Payments teams as and when required to resolve Seller's issues and queries. Must have : 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic will score you a tonne of extra points. Being trilingual would be incredible!) 2. Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. 3. Keen logical reasoning and analytical skills . 4. Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools. Good to have : 1. Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy interacting with key stakeholders of the organization on a daily basis. 2. Good interpersonal skills. Great team player. 3. Planning, prioritization and time-management skills. 4. Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. Detail-orientation. 5. Experience in analyzing large databases and experience in SQL/PL SQL queries and advanced level expertise in Microsoft Excel. Location : Gurugram, India
