Responsibilities :

- Category Strategy : Work with the leadership team on planning, executing, and reporting progress on category cluster strategy to drive best in class customer experience while maximizing top and bottom line outputs for the business

- Seller Management : Drive a high-quality seller experience on the platform by working closely with key brands, partners, and sellers. Identify and execute on opportunities to help grow their business on the platform.

- Project Management : Own and lead various projects impacting customer and seller experience improvements and overall platform health.

- Team Management : Lead, develop and coach the category and account management teams reporting into this role. Hire exceptional talent for requisite roles as necessary.
