YouTube Channel Manager Noon - The Social Learning Platform is one of the fastest-growing EdTech startups across the MENA and SEA region. In 2013, we started our journey as a simple test preparation website. Seven years later, after thousands of data-driven experiments, Noon has transformed into a versatile, comprehensive online learning platform with over 12 million registered students. Our open platform incorporates social and gamification features that enable students to have an engaging, collaborative learning experience with teachers and fellow students through study groups, peer-to-peer learning, and contests. As of June 2020, we raised a Pre-B fund of $13 million; We aim to bring together 50 million students and tutors from around the world by 2023. We are currently live in India and we are building the A-team to work on various problem statements across functions. Key responsibilities for the job : - Understand and create Youtube content and organic marketing strategy. - Optimize Video Content & YouTube Channels. - Overall Responsible for YouTube channel's growth and user engagement. - Work with YouTube optimization tools and various Youtube APIs. - Video on-page metadata fixing & off-page optimization. - Promote YouTube live stream. - Identify youtube teachers/content creators and find ways to partner with them. - Analyze the trends in youtube search and identify topics for content creation. - Competitor channel & video analysis. Skills and Experience : 1. 4+ years experience in digital marketing with mastery of Youtube. 2. Good with handling data and drawing insights. 3. Hands-on, action-oriented. 4. MBA is nice to have.
