- Lead and manage the team to ensure high engagement, productivity, delivery of mandates as per client's expectations and performance. - Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an onsite or off-site environment. - Ensure the team is delivering all outcomes and is meeting all continuous improvement initiatives. - To manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior level mandates - Responsible for day-to-day interaction with client SPOCS. - Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process. - Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner. - Develop & implement sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools. - Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition to candidates. - Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process. - Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and build strong network in the relevant market. - Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback. Candidate's Profile: - Education: Graduate from any discipline. MBA would be preferable. - Should have 5+ years of experience in handling Non - IT Recruitment (for Pharma, Lifesciences, Chemicals, Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG and Hospitality sector) Personal Profile: - We are looking for people with strong passion for recruitment and headhunting. - An ideal person for us would have a mix of an ability to sell and ability to assess. - You would necessarily need to have great communication skills with hunger for learning and growth.
