Non Institutional Sales
- To manage and strengthen business relationship with client for achieving Debt products sales targets, market share targets and manage end-to-end distribution channel development.
- Relationship Management with the Clients.
- Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Monitor and Drive consistent business with Top 20 Clients.
- Drive and Monitor Revenue and Volume Targets.
- Builds an active internal network, to drive superior multi-channel/market service offering/delivery, creating new opportunities with existing and/or new clients.
- Execute transactions, Follow internal SOP norms.
- Ensure optimum client servicing in terms of post deal execution, research, advisory, etc.
- Good Team Management.
- Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills.
