Senior Relationship Management - Associate
- Work with the SRM (Senior Relationship Management) team in Asia, supporting the Asia Head of SRM.
- The SRM team works as a liaison between Nomura and its clients and responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing client account plans, delivering business proposals, reviewing business opportunities, amongst others.
- The candidate preferably should have an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, with prior experience in the relevant industry / domain.
Key responsibilities :
- Build client account plans and run account planning calls with senior stakeholders
- Prepare Briefing Memos for C-Suite meetings
- Review business gaps / opportunities
- Improve co-ordination and connectivity across the sales desks
- Review list of priority clients vs gap
- Prepare presentations / documents for client meetings / internal senior management meetings
- Work with different desks to prepare pitchbooks / marketing material
- Work with Operations / Legal to coordinate onboarding of key clients and also signing trading documentation such as ISDAs / CDEAs etc.
- Track follow-ups by regularly documenting progress and wins
- Drive initiatives to support the client ecosystem
- Co-ordinate and connect with the SRM teams in other regions.
