Roles & Responsibilities :
- As deal team member- perform due diligence on newly originated special situations, leverage finance and equity backed loans across Asia ex Japan region.
- Fundamental credit analysis including business and industry analysis and financial modelling
- Participating in discussions with borrowers and diligence advisors
- Preparing credit memos and communicating views to seniors in clear and concise manner
- Continuous monitoring of credits under coverage including analysis of quarterly performance
Key Skills :
- Detail oriented
- Good financial statement analysis skills (financial reporting, accounting & corporate finance).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Dependable and proactive. Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently
- Accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks
