We at NoisyLion are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to proactively identify future hiring needs and source the best talent in niche creative fields through relevant sourcing strategies, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities 1. Design and implement a recruiting strategy to attract the best talent in the design and advertising industry. 2. Develop accurate job descriptions and promote on relevant platforms 3. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, boolean searches, etc 4. Screen candidate portfolios on established benchmarks 5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates 6. Assess applicants- relevant knowledge and skills using relevant recruitment exercises 7. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team 8. Close job opening in the most time-efficient and cost-effective way 9. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 10. Ensure the best candidate experience Requirements : 1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a recruitment firm or Advertising Agency 2. Hands on experience with various sourcing strategies for candidates in niche creative fields 3. Hands-on experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Strong decision-making skills 6. Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management
