Position Summary:

Employee will be responsible for providing Information Technology (IT) direction in the organization and to ensure appropriate use of information systems to support business requirements within the framework of the IT Strategy and Data protection. You should have expertise in domains such as IT Operations and Infrastructure, Cost / Budget management, Vendor management, Customer Service, Change management , Risk Management, Business Analysis ,IT Standards, Procedures, and Policies Formulation, Risk Analysis and Management , Project / People management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Direct and oversee the design, development, and implementation of the IT strategy and the management solutions for all offices across India.

2. To develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, data protection, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision as per National or/and international standards.

3. Implementation and maintenance of Dynamics Business Central and Office 365 platform (SharePoint, MS Team, Azure AD, etc.) across organization to make a single enterprise ecosystem of which includes automation applications of various departments

4. As an Office 365 administrator you will be responsible for identity and access management, incident management, escalation handling, reporting and providing analysis and solution of different complex issues.

5. To oversee provision of end-user services at the projects level, including help desk and technical support services.

6. To manage and maintain network infrastructure, hardware assets, and vendor relations.

7. Ensure effective IT training and consistent employee onboarding processes for all new the organization joiners in India.

Internal: Department Leads/ Representatives

External: vendors IT Hardware, ERP, DLP IT consultants and auditors

Technical Knowledge:

1. Expertise in Information Security governance framework development and implementation

2. Expertise in Office 365 administrator roles

3. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP platforms

4. Experience in IT Vendor management for new procurement/day to day requirement & Quarterly IT budget Management

5. Experience in IP internetworking and Routing & Switching. WAN circuits and protocols (Ethernet, MPLS)

6. Certifications (Good to have):

a. ITIL certification

b. Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSE) or similar

c. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate

d. Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301 or similar standards

e. Security+ 501 / 601 certification

Behavioral skills:
