Job Role :
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through Referrals, Internal Sources, Job Portals (iimjobs, LinkedIn, Hirist, Naukri, And Indeed).
- Actively implementing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, generating offer letters, and facilitating the relocation
- Have to be an active part of the internal recruitment drives.
- Coordinating and supporting all the Talent Operations team till the candidate gets on boarded.
- Exposure to the document collections, CTC negotiations, offer creations.
- Interact with hiring managers within the business.
- He/She has to establish great relationships with vendors to meet the needs of the staffing plans.
- Salary negotiation & Follow-up with the candidates until on-boarding
Eligibility Criteria :
- Experience in Hiring for In-house will be preferred
- Possesses expertise in handling direct sales recruitment for service industry; especially field sales executives, BD Managers etc.
- Should have good sourcing experience through job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, Instahyre, IIM jobs etc.
- Should have fluency in English & Hindi both
Salary offered: 7-8LPA
