NoBroker is looking for ambitious and self-driven leaders in Business Operations management domain :
- Hustler, strategist with a go getter attitude
- Graduation from top 5 IITs is must; MBA also from top 5 IIMs is a plus
- Professional work experience of 4 to 8 years i.e. IIT passing batch 2010, 2011, 2012 or 2013
Job Description :
- Managing a large vertical & team in the business operations and sales function of NoBroker
- Working cohesively with founders and a team of equally talented and passionate IIT/IIM colleagues
- Utilizing high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable team for 100X growth in next few years
