Presales Manager Roles and Responsibilities : - Assist Pre-sales team to qualify leads by using their deep understanding of the product's ideal customer pain points. They may even have the initial phone or digital contact with leads. - Build a repository for effective sales pitches. - A deep product knowledge is required to write a sales pitch that highlights the product's features and benefits. - Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms. Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced. - Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported. - Analysis of the data and generate insights to make the process better.
