Role - Pre Sales Trainer About the Role : NoBroker is a disruptive real-estate platform that makes it possible to buy/sell/rent a house without paying any brokerage. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Impart sales and process training to field sales team across 5 cities &nbsp;- Build training programs in various formats i.e. playbook, virtual video conferences, on-field training, and guided role-plays - Regularly participate in internal and external meetings to observe and make notes of the scope of the improvement - Build and deliver onboarding programs for new joiners, and support wherever required.&nbsp; - Evaluate and create the MIS reports of the team performance post the deployment of training programs&nbsp; - Create feedback mechanisms for all the processes and systems for the continuous evolution of the department towards the final goal &nbsp;- Ensure the sales team is adhering to standard operating procedures and policies - Audit Virtual Meets / Calls and give constructive feedback to enhance productivity - Drive performance improvement projects that are aligned to business needs &nbsp;Requirements : &nbsp;- Bachelor's degree, master's preferred &nbsp;- Possess strong selling knowledge and skills &nbsp;- 2-3 Years of experience in real estate sales&nbsp; - Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales professionals &nbsp;- Demonstrated success in recommending learning solutions to drive sales results&nbsp; - Excellent oral and written communication skills &nbsp;- Training Management, Meeting Management, Presentation Skills - On the job coaching may require frequent travel to assigned cities
