Key Responsibilities and Accountability
What Does the Role Entail?
The role will closely work with the Strategy head of the builder vertical and other leaders
Strategic Projects & Planning
a. Business Planning - Monthly, Quarterly to Semi-Annual and Annual
b. Identifying key strategic projects that will help the BU/firm to grow over the defined period.
c. Execution of the identified interventions by partnering with either 1 or all of these functions- Business, Product, Marketing
Insights- Tracking and Monitoring key KPI's and data KRA's:
1. Track Business performance for the BU and functions. identify issues and reflags before they happen
2. Come up with Hypothesis through a combination of stakeholder interviews and data analysis
3. Formulate Strategic Projects basis the hypothesis. Take the projects to a logical conclusion
4. Perform in-depth strategic research and analysis on growth opportunities for the business, identify trends, dive into key industry developments, monitor competitor moves, and turn market & competitor insights into internal business recommendations. 5. Drive OKRs for the respective functions
Key Competencies:
1. Data-Driven Approach- Ability to see every problem through the lens of data. Familiarity with data analysis at least via excel. Dealing with SQl-based databases is desirable
2. Problem Solving - Ability to silence the noise and identify the issue in a structured manner 3. Communication skills - Structured oral and written communication, ability to present the idea and provide solutions in a simpler manner
4. Stakeholder Management- Intermediate skills in Handling Stakeholders at a 360 level is desirable
5. Self-Starter- The candidate should be motivated and be a Self-Starter, the role requires that candidate drives initiative to a closure without the requirement of a follow-up.

Whom will this suite:
1. Graduate from Tier 1 College with a minimum of 1-3 Years of work experience.
2. Proven experience in either data analytics and consulting or delivering business results in a startup or a high-performance environment
