Job Description:
1. Manage a team of 6-8 recruiters to close an aggressive hiring target for Non-IT roles
2. Ensure proper data management of all calls
3. Coordinate with multiple vendors to translate business requirements and source profiles
4. Take inputs from Business Heads and Senior Management to understand requirements
5. Manage the performance management and grievances of the team
6. Experiment with new sources to recruit sales profiles
Ideal Candidate:
1. 5-6 years of Non-IT recruitment experience
2. 2-3 years of team handling experience
3. Experience in managing multiple recruitment agencies
4. Startup experience is a must. He/She should be comfortable in handling adhoc recruitment targets
5. An immediate joiner is preferred
6. Proficiency in multiple regional languages is an add on
Location: Bengaluru
Salary:
7 - 9 lakh per annum (based on previous experience and interview performance)
