International Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Build robust Sales/GTM strategy to lead the sales growth based on deep knowledge of market segments, key business drivers/ challenges & customer requirements in international markets (GCC, APAC and USA chiefly)
- Own overall sales figures & KPIs for sales & marketing from lead generation to conversion
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the sales growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
- Devising ATL (digital marketing chiefly) and BTL strategies for each of the key international markets and executing the same
- Marketing budget management ensuring ROI on marketing spends and cost effecting customer acquisition
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques and processes
- Collaborating with other functions such as marketing, pre-sales, strategy and business development to ensure business delivery
- Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing Sales cluster heads and executives
- Coach/mentor the sales team on providing the sales pitch on negotiation and closing the deals
- Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year and review performance regularly to detect issues proactively and optimize/ course-correct immediately
- Design and implement sales compensation plans & own the ongoing performance/ payout analysis
- Achieving the input metrics of the city team and sales conversion targets
Knowledge, skills and experience required :
- Minimum 5-10 Years of Experience in sales domain (B2C preferably)
- Educational Qualification: Candidate from a premier college, MBA/Graduation
- Prior experience in residential real estate sales
- Exposure to international markets and knowledge of digital marketing preferred (not mandatory)
- Good understanding on marketing funnel metrics and associate data analytics to measure and optimize performance

Location : This role will be based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka. However, frequent travel as per business needs maybe required.
